EVP Office 6.4.3 removes the "Active Accessibility" requirement that prevented 6.4.2 from running on non-upgraded Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0. If you have 6.4.2 and are getting the following error:

A required .DLL, OLEACC.DLL, was not found.

...installing 6.4.3 will solve the problem.
