The 6.4.2 release of EVP Office requires Microsoft's "Active Accessibility" features. These are included by default in all versions of Windows except 95 and NT 4.0. If you are getting the error "A required .DLL, OLEACC.DLL, was not found" after installing EVP Office, please download this file and run it -- after it installs, EVP Office will work properly. If you would prefer not to modify your version of Windows, a release of EVP Office that does not depend on the accessibility features will be available as soon as possible.
